360 Paymentech is a payment-processing company. We handle sensitive financial data — card numbers, bank account details, and transaction records — as part of our core business. Cardholder data is processed through our PCI-compliant infrastructure and is never stored in unencrypted form.
5. Client portal (GoHighLevel)
360 Paymentech uses GoHighLevel as the technology platform for client account management, 360 AI services, and related tools. When you log in to your client portal at app.gohighlevel.com (or a white-labeled domain we set up for you), your use of that portal is also governed by GoHighLevel's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We encourage you to review those policies. Data you or your clients enter into the portal is stored on GoHighLevel's infrastructure, subject to their data-processing terms. 360 Paymentech accesses that data as a GoHighLevel sub-account holder to provide your contracted services.
6. Cookies and analytics
