360 Paymentech ("360 Paymentech," "we," "us," or "our") provides payment processing services and a front-office platform for local businesses — including websites, call answering, online booking, customer messaging, invoicing, and review management. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you contact us, book a call, request a statement review, or become a client, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and the contents of your messages. If you provide a merchant statement or similar documents for a review, we receive the business and processing information shown in them.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems; processors handle card data under their own privacy policies and security standards.
- Call and message information. If you call or text our business lines, our receptionist and messaging systems may record the call, transcribe it, and store your contact details and the reason for your call so we can respond and follow up.
- Website usage information. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data — such as your browser type, pages visited, and general location — through cookies and similar tools used to operate and improve the site.
How we use information
- To provide, set up, and support our services.
- To respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and send service-related updates.
- To prepare reviews and proposals you request, such as a merchant statement review.

Text messaging
If you opt in to receive text messages from 360 Paymentech — for example by providing your mobile number on a form, during a call, or by texting us first — we may send appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups about your inquiry or account, and occasional service or promotional messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business:
- With service providers and processors that help us deliver the services (for example, payment processors, scheduling, messaging, and website hosting providers), under their own privacy and security obligations.
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, our clients, or the public.
- As part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it.

- Access and correction: contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children's privacy
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
